Paid plans keep working past their included usage and bill the extra monthly. Set a spend cap and we stop billing at it. On Free, nothing is billed: new data keeps flowing for 14 days, then data beyond the quota is dropped until next month. Flags and status pages never stop.

Questions

Is there really a free plan?: Yes. Free is free forever for one project and three teammates, with monthly quotas for every module. No card needed.
What happens if I go over my quota?: Nothing breaks. On Free, new data keeps flowing for 14 days, then analytics events, errors and logs beyond the quota are dropped until next month. Flags, status pages and SDKs never stop. On paid plans, extra usage is billed as overage, and you can set a monthly spend cap.
Do you charge per seat?: No. Plans are per organization. Pro and Business include unlimited members, so everyone on the team can use it.
Can I switch plans or cancel?: Any time, from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period and your data stays put.
Can I use my existing SDKs?: Yes. Errors accept the Sentry SDKs, analytics accepts PostHog's capture API, and flags work with OpenFeature or the DevPulse SDK.
Can I self-host?: Yes. Enterprise includes a self-hosted license. Without a Stripe key configured, a self-hosted install has every feature and no limits.
